Supported Living That Lifts
We provide accommodation and support for young adults aged 17 to 65 with a range of complex needs. Everything is possible for each of our young adults with support. These are some of the needs we support.
Sensory Impairment
Our senses play a huge role in our lives. Our ability to see, hear, smell, touch and balance is central and determines how every individual interacts with others and their environment.
Autism Spectrum
At Park Avenue North we offer autistic adults between the ages of 17 and 65 an opportunity to live holistic and independent lives.
Learning Disabilities
Learning disability is usually characterised by limitations in daily life activities which can be lifelong. This affects an individual's ability to manage their household, social and practical aspects of their lives.
Acquired Brain Injury
Brain injury can have profound and life-altering effects for a significant number of people, including changes in behaviour, memory and cognition.
Mental Health
We provide support for young adults living with mental health needs. Our trained mental health support staff help individuals live safely in the community, with structured support alongside other key professional networks to prevent crisis and hospital admissions.
