Where do you offer supported living?
Our supported living service is at Park Avenue North in Abington, for young adults aged 17 to 65 with a range of complex needs. Read about supported living or email parkavenue@c2flexicare.co.uk.
Do you have a minimum number of hours per session?
Connect 2 Flexicare provides support that is complex and would require more time than usual. In order for us to maintain the standards we expect for all our clients, we do not accept referrals for short visits that are below 6 hours. This however is different if the additional time is required to support a bigger package of care such as live-in.
Are your staff DBS checked?
Yes, all our staff are DBS checked.
